Frequently asked questions
Why is Cotira priced per app instead of per credit?
Because every app you publish gets its own database, not a shared one. That is what keeps one app's data genuinely separate from another's, and it is the real cost behind a live app. Charging for it directly means you are never billed for a build that did not work, and you never pay to fix something Cotira got wrong.
What does Cotira take from my sales?
Nothing. Cotira takes 0% at every volume. Buyers pay your own connected Stripe account directly, so Cotira is never in the money path and never holds your funds. You pay your plan, Stripe takes its standard processing fee, and nothing else is deducted.
Can I publish more than one app?
Yes. Pro includes one live app and Business includes three. Beyond that, extra live apps are $15 a month each and can be added or removed at any time from your billing page.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep your plan until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. After that your published apps come down, because a live app needs a paid plan. Your apps, your data, and your code stay in the builder, so re-subscribing puts them straight back up.
Do I need to write code?
No. You describe what you want and refine it by asking for changes. You can read and export the code at any point and it is yours, but building and publishing never requires opening it.
Who owns what I build?
You do. The apps, the code, and your customer data are yours, and the code is exportable at any time.
